House Rules
Guests must comply with Koa resort house rules. Highlights include:
Quite hours: 10pm - 7am
Pool hours: 9am- 10 pm
Tennis courts: 7am-7pm
BBQ: 10am-9pm
No smoking in the pool area
A parking permit must be obtained from the resident manager within 24 hrs of arriving and posted on the windshield.
Owner and Koa resort will not be liable for injuries sustained on the property
A full set of rules will be provided upon booking but can be provided prior to booking at your request. Failure to comply with rules may result in a fine and guests will be held responsible for payment.
White towels are for bath use only. Please bring your own beach towel or use one of our provided beach towels for the beach and pool.
Black washcloths are to be used for makeups removal
Kitchen towels are to be used for cleaning as needed.
We will provide 2 rolls of paper towels, 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dish soap, 5 dishwasher pods, 5 Tidepods and 5 Bounce dryer sheets for laundry, liquid dish soap and liquid hand soap.
